Elecard NV Video Decoder

Elecard NV Video Decoder is a GStreamer plugin for decoding MPEG-2 (ISO/IEC 13818-2), H.264/AVC (MPEG-4 Part 10, ISO/IEC 14496-10), and H.265/HEVC (ISO/IEC 23008-2 MPEG-H Part 2/ITU-T H.265) streams based on Nvidia NVENC technology.
